Next Edition: Friday 18th July – Sunday 20th July 2025. Portland Pride Block Party runs for the weekend of Pride each evening from 7pm until 11pm. Scandals’ weekend-long Block Party benefits Cascade AIDS Project and the Audria M. Edwards scholarship fund! The Pride party includes local performers, live music, and energizing DJs to keep your body moving!

The Venue

Scandals is one of Portland’s most established gay bars since 1979. Having gone through many levels of transition over the last few decades, Scandals is in the original “Pink Triangle” section of downtown Portland on SW Stark St. & SW 12th St.

Located just 4 minutes drive from Downtown, Stark Street has long been recognized as a historic LGBTQ+ neighborhood. It boasts an array of LGBTQ+ friendly establishments, including bars, restaurants, and shops. Stark Street is known for its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
